Do you build the driver app as well as the dashboard?

Yes. Drivers get a mobile-friendly app (works on any smartphone browser or as an installable PWA) to see their runs, update status and capture proof of delivery, while your office works from the dispatch dashboard.

How does M-Pesa cash-on-delivery reconciliation work?

At the door, the driver triggers an STK Push to the customer, or records a cash collection. Each collection is tied to the consignment, so at end of day the system shows exactly what was collected versus delivered and flags any shortfall.

Can it handle third-party clients booking deliveries?

Yes — we can give your business clients their own login to create and track shipments, with their own rate card and monthly statements, so you can run it as a logistics platform, not just internal tooling.
